Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall creative vision and strategic direction across all client and internal initiatives. Serve as senior creative counsel to clients, leading presentations, strategic planning, and high-profile pitches. Drive new business growth through creative leadership, thought partnership, and industry presence. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of strategic thinking, craft, and execution. Partner with executive leadership on agency strategy, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. Requirements 7+ years of progressive creative leadership experience within a brand or creative agency environment, ideally working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetic brands. Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams and freelance networks. Award-winning portfolio demonstrating creative leadership across premium brands and multiple platforms. Strong business acumen, including experience with client retention, new business development, and resource management. Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire clients and teams.
