This role is for a motion leader who understands how content performs across platforms, social, digital OOH, media networks, and immersive spaces. You will play a key role in evolving our motion capabilities and pushing visual standards.ResponsibilitiesBe an integral member of our production team, fostering a collaborative environment with a team-player mindsetCreate visually stunning motion graphics across various mediums, including online advertising, retail environments, and out-of-homeDemonstrate proficiency in motion graphics design, particularly in compositing techniques.Edit video footage and integrate visual effects to enhance storytellingEngage in brainstorming sessions to offer fresh design perspectives and innovative ideasProvide creative solutions to overcome challenges encountered during projectsPartner with creative teams to troubleshoot technical and design issuesStay updated on the latest graphic and motion design techniquesDrive innovation and evolution within the team's work, workflow, and capabilitiesContribute to innovation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and creative velocityRequirementsMinimum of 8 years of experience in motion graphics and interactive designImpressive portfolio/reel demonstrating diverse talents and capabilitiesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, IllustratorExceptional typographic knowledge and design sensibilitiesPossesses a strong creative eye with meticulous attention to detailEffective communicator of creative and technical conceptsDemonstrates strong multitasking and prioritization skillsThrives in deadline-driven environmentAbility to work on-site (midtown Manhattan) a minimum of 3 days per weekNice to have - 3D design and animation, with proficiency in software such as Cinema 4D#LI-KF1 #LI-HybridThe base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range as listed below.
