A global brand, headquartered in Chicago, is looking for a Space Planner who will specialize in restaurant projects!
Responsibilities:
Will participate in remodels as well as new construction restaurant projects
Will analyze both customer and employee traffic flow in order to increase efficiency of space utilization and improve design
Participate in equipment placement and rearrangement
Will redline and update floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
Review shop drawings and communicate with vendors/suppliers
Adhere to ADA guidelines for restaurant design
Will work on architectural detailing and space planning
Will be placing kitchen, plumbing, utility equipment, and order stations throughout the restaurant
Desired Skills:
Prior space planning experience
Any commercial, retail or restaurant project experience is a bonus
Kitchen design experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, any Bluebeam experience is a plus

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
