Stand-up Forklift operator - New Albany

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand-up Forklift operator to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in New Albany. This role involves moving materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Shift patterns

Mon - Fri 4pm - 12:45am
Must arrive 30 minutes before shift

Pay rates

19.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Stand-up Forklift operator

Knowledge of Logistical Supply Chain methods and inventory control with previous Forklift experience
Experience with pallet wrap machines, reach trucks, cherry pickers and other material handling equipment
Ability to read and understand orders and count different products stored in different areas and layers
Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Role for Stand-up Forklift operator

Safely operate industrial trucks or machinery in an industrial location
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move product through facility ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids and boxes
Account for and secure materials or products for transport to designated areas
Control levers and other operating devices, such as forks and hoists, to load, transport and stack materials
Complete all requisitions with prompt, efficient and safe outcomes
